What is the difference between vegetarian and non-vegetarian protein?
There is a difference between vegetarian and non-vegetarian proteins. We get vegetarian and non-vegetarian protein. We get vegetarian protein from plant sources and non-vegetarian protein from animal sources. Animal protein is of good quality as they provide all essential amino acids whereas plant protein lack in one or the other essential amino acids. However, a combination of various cereals and pulses will complement each other to provide a better quality of protein.
