What are visible and invisible fats?
Visible fats are those which can be seen with the naked eyes whereas invisible fats can’t be seen with the naked eyes.
Examples of visible fats: butter, ghee, vegetable oils like groundnut oil, mustard oil, coconut oil, sunflower oil etc.
Examples of invisible fats: Cereals, pulses, brinjal, radish, apple, banana etc.
