Role of Vitamin A for Heart Patients

There are 2 types of Vitamin A.
One is found in animal products such as meat and milk which is called Retinol and the other is present in fruits & vegetables called B-Carotene.
B-Carotene acts as an antioxidant. Spinach,coriander,amaranth, drumstick, cabbage, carrot, punpkin, mangoes, papaya, peaches, tomatoes are the sources of vitamin A.
