PREKSHA MEDITATION FOR LOSING WEIGHT.
To do preksha meditation sit in a comfortable posture with spine straight. The surrounding should be calm and quiet – for this it wise to choose early morning for meditation. Close your eyes softly. Now the mind will start wondering and a chain of thought process will start and the mind will be occupied with so many thoughts. If you stop thinking and close one chain of thoughts, another chain will start immediately. To stop this of thoughts first allow all the thoughts to come and go. Do not interfere or get stressed. Allow them to pass off. Now start concentrating on your break on your breathing process. Take the breath as long as possible and as deep as possible. Just observe them now. After a few minutes start concentrating on a point in the centre of your forehead and try to see white colour at that point. Even if you can not see the white colour, keep on putting your sincere effort. If you get distracted, try to return back to your efforts. Relax the whole body. Now think that you are losing weight, your foods are helping you to do the same see that you are looking so slim and people are complimenting you for the same. Take a decision to keep up your efforts to take your zero oil foods. Make a now that today is another day of achievement for me. You are very healthy now and your efforts have paid up and are paying. Gradually again go back to your breathing and observe the inhalations and exhalations. Relax now open your eyes slowly and softly. Rub your palms and massage your face with your both palms. Go back to your usual routine.
