Never skip breakfast

Do you eat breakfast regularly?

Breakfast being the first meal of the day is the most important meal. Just like your car requires fuel to run, your body needs food to generate energy and get rid of lethargy. One should not skip breakfast as it helps in breaking your overnight fast. If you forgot your breakfast you extend this fast which might impact your metabolism.
