Is water very essential for us?

Most of us don’t get enough of this preciuos stuff. As a result, we may look pale and feel fatigued. Our bodies are composed of more fluid than anything ealse so water is a vital nutrient for our well-being.

Tips:

  • Fill up a water bottle and keep it with you for quick and refreshing drinks throughout the day.
  • Don’t rely on thirst; this sensation diminishes with age.
  • Drink often and choose from nutritious liquids, including 100% fruit and vegetable huices, skim or low fat milk, and teas.
  • You can also get fluids from foods, especially those that are watermelon, oranges, lettuce, tomatoes etc.
