How to increase weight while you stay on Saaol diet?
Saaol diet-A Zero Oil Diet, low in cholesterol and high in fiber & antioxidants usually results in weight loss. But many times, normal weight people also lost weight, such people follow this plan:
-Increase on high-calorie fruits like banana, mango, grapes, chickoo.
-Take more of veggies like potato, sweet potato, arbi.
-Prefer salads that include sprouted dals, or boiled rajma, lobia, corn.
-Dryfruits like raisins, dates are higher in calories.
-If not a diabetic, prefer jam over chutneys as bread spread.
-If not a diabetic, sweets made of without oil and fats like halwas, besan/sooji ladoos, burfis etc would definitely help in increasing weight.
-Increase in quantity of meals. If you can’t have heavy meals at one time prefer to have frequent meals.
-Evening snacks like sandwiches, marie biscuits, roasted chanas, dhoklas, idlis etc should be preferred over murmuras & popcorns.
