Can I drink tea?
Yes, you can drink tea but not more than two cups per day. Recent research has found that black tea consumption may lower bad cholesterol levels and cloud one day be used to help reduce the chance of heart disease. Green tea is another tea, which is beneficial. It is also called herbal tea. Actually, SAAOL does not recommend tea for more than 2 cups per day because it has got antinutrients. These antinutrients do not allow nutrients to get absorbed in the body. So tea should be taken in limited quantity. SAAOL only recommends Saaol tea, which has many herbs in it including Arjuna bark which helps in reduction of blood cholesterol.
