How many targets one should keep for weight loss?
For losing weight one should keep a target of about 2-3 kgs per month. NEver try to lose very heavily because it may lead to more weakness. But suppose if somebody is only 4 to 6 kgs overweight for them loosing even 1 kg a month is suitable. Don’t think of losing 10 kgs or so at one go in a month. It can be sustained for a month but afterward one cannot do it and it will lead to psychological tensions.
